Your Functional Assessment :

An assessment of your general and psychological state :

  • your anamnesis i.e. the history of your illness, your history

  • your symptoms (you probably don't know that many are linked to your diabetes, such as fatigue, stress, sleep, etc.)

  • your PERSONAL NEEDS

  • your psychological and emotional state

A review of your diabetes and weight:

  • Calculating your BMI (weight and height, clothing size)

  • Your risk factors (we will discuss them during the appointment)

  • your recent therapy and blood tests (within the last 3 months)

  • your dietary habits

  • your lifestyle habits

Personalized advice based on the study of your menus:
